TERMS AND CONDITIONS - ENGAGEMENT RING GIVEAWAY - 2024/2025

Effective Date: December 25th, 2024

The following terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the Engagement Ring Giveaway (“Sweepstakes”) sponsored by Hériter Gems LLC (“Sponsor”). By entering the Sweepstakes, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not participate in the Sweepstakes.

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY

No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Making a purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

2. ELIGIBILITY

The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of Nebraska who are at least 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of the Sponsor and their immediate family members or members of the same household are not eligible to participate.

3. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD

The Sweepstakes begins on December 25th, 2024 at 0700am CST and ends on January 25th, 2025 at 1159am CST (“Sweepstakes Period”). All entries must be received during the Sweepstakes Period to be eligible.

4. HOW TO ENTER

Participants may enter the Sweepstakes by completing the following steps:

1. Visit heritergems.com/engagement2025 during the Sweepstakes Period.

2. Complete the sweepstakes form fully and submit

3. Finalists will be selected randomly and winner will be selected randomly from the finalists.

Limit one (1) entry per person. Any attempt to submit multiple entries may result in disqualification.

5. PRIZE

Grand Prize: One (1) winner will receive a 2.00ct Lab-Grown Diamond Engagement ring set in 14kt Yellow Gold, valued at approximately $4000.00

The prize is non-transferable and cannot be substituted for cash or other goods, except at the Sponsor’s discretion. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

6. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION

Ten (10) finalists will be selected Randomly for interviews on January 25th, 2025 and be notified via email or phone. The winner will be selected randomly from the finalists.

The winner will be notified via email or phone within 14 days of January 25th, 2025. The winner must respond within 14 days of notification to claim the prize. If the winner fails to respond within the specified time, an alternate winner may be selected.

7. TAXES

The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with the receipt and use of the prize.

8. RELEASE AND LIABILITY

By entering the Sweepstakes, participants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, receipt, or use of any prize.

9. PUBLICITY

By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow the Sponsor to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

10. DISQUALIFICATION

The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these Terms or attempts to tamper with the Sweepstakes in any way.

11. GOVERNING LAW

This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Nebraska.

13. MISCELLANEOUS

The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if circumstances beyond its control compromise its integrity or fairness.

This document serves as the complete agreement between you and the Sponsor regarding your participation in the Sweepstakes.
